Orgapack uses the Kanban system for tool assembly and assemblage of standard machines. The Kanban system makes sure that there is enough flexibility and faster delivery.  Standard machines get assembled in a perfect manner so that good performance is ensured, tensioning of strap can be ensured.

Orgapack’s most popular tool is the OR-T-400 which is a battery powered tool which so far given consistent performance. This tool uses poly strapping and pulls great tension. It can pull from 200 to 900 pounds in the normal mode of operation and 90 to 330 pounds of tension in the soft mode. The weight of the tool is only 10 pounds and as it is so light, operators find it easy to carry it around the work room floor.

As it is battery operated, it is faster and efficient, thus increasing productivity. The battery has been developed by Bosch and it has become popular quickly when introduced in the market. Another good feature of this tool is that it uses the friction weld sealing. While many are hesitant to use this kind of a sealing, users have given positive reviews that this seal is very safe and secure on packages.
